This is a family-owned and run business and Russell is very knowledgeable. He is incredibly professional in appearance and demeanor, calls prior to arrival, shows up on time, performs very quickly, provides exceptional recommendations and proposals, and is very conscientious about cleaning up when he is finished (from laying down protective surface layers prior to starting, right down to pulling out a portable vacuum for dust when he leaves).
